Who is Audrey Johnson?

Audrey Johnson’s extensive background in career counseling, human resources and executive recruitment dates back to when, as a volunteer college guidance counselor, she helped direct young people to productive careers. Audrey graduated with a degree in Business and Computer Science from the State University of New York. Upon graduation, she accepted a graduate scholarship to Harvard University, where she received a certificate in Public Administration.

From Harvard, Audrey began a career in Human Resources–first at the Dime Savings Bank in New York, then at California First Bank (now Union Bank) in San Francisco. Her duties included recruitment of all levels of executive, mid-management and administrative employees in the MIS/IT, Finance, and Accounting fields.

In 1988, Audrey left corporate human resources to become an executive recruiter. Since then, she has dedicated her talents to placing the highest quality candidates in many of the most respected companies in the United States.

Her dedication to listening to the needs of her clients and candidates and matching the two, not just on statistical facts but through analysis of personality and corporate culture, has earned her a stellar reputation and loyal client base.
